This level of service was something I hadn’t experienced before.

I want to say a huge thanks to Alan and the team at AYCEN, Manchester for the service I had following a recent bump in my car.

I called AYCEN and although they had no courtesy cars available they did promise to sort me something out. I managed to get my car to the garage and was loaned the car the garage uses for picking up and dropping off customers until a courtesy car was available, this level of service was something I hadn't experienced before.

I got my car back a couple of weeks later and not only was the front end as good as new, it had also been fully valeted inside and out. Then came the bit we all dread – the bill! I went to the reception desk to pick up the invoice for the excess and VAT on the work and got the biggest surprise of all – a scheme that the garage runs meant that not only was there no insurance excess or VAT to pay, I even got a credit note for the work they had done!

I would highly recommend AYCEN to friends and colleagues for their professionalism, understanding, and of course the fact that I didn't have to pay my excess!

A big thanks to Alan Locke and all at the Aycen Group. My wife’s car needed a service and MOT. A simple enough task you would think but with busy lives that we all lead things are never that simple.

Despite having to change the day for the job to be done twice and then need a replacement vehicle at the last minute the staff at Aycen were always accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Allowing me to keep the replacement vehicle an extra day being a massive help.

From collection to communication to craftsmanship I couldn’t be happier

Hello Alan I thought you’d appreciate some direct feedback relating to my experience relating to the repairs to my BMW 4 series.

I brought the car over to your repair centre a couple of weeks ago for an estimate to some damage to the rear wing, rear light and rear bumper on the car. The damage was in a difficult spot and although the collision was relatively minor it had caused a two-inch split in the metal adjacent to the rear light cluster and right on the seam where it joins the bumper.

Just to set some context, even though this is a lease vehicle I treat it as though it were my own, which in effect it is as I pay the whole lease cost.

I have to be honest, when I drove-up to your repair centre, my heart sunk a little. I looked at the exterior of the building and through “this doesn’t look good, this isn’t what it’s like when I take it to the BMW garage”.

I have to confess to giving your estimator (Mark I think) a hard time; I was sceptical as to the quality of work that I could expect and expressed my concern at the time. I would like to add that I wasn’t rude in anyway, just sceptical.

I now have the car back and I’m delighted to say that the workmanship is excellent, and believe me I have cast a sceptical ‘find a fault’ eye over it. From Alex who has been my main contact, to Mark (I think that was his name) to Ian who collected and dropped-off the car it’s all been good. From collection to communication to craftsmanship I couldn’t be happier, your people even polished-out the overspray on the bonnet caused by the last repair specialist.
