on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
On behalf of our entire team, we are writing to you with an update on what we’re doing to prioritise your health and safety when visiting or interacting with staff at Aycen.
We have always taken great pride in keeping our workshop and offices well-run for our customers. To make sure we can keep on serving you to the standard you love and expect, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising
plan for both our offices, workshop and all communal areas to ensure they’re cleaned more frequently and with extra care. The same applies to all our courtesy cars.
Like other businesses tackling this issue, we’re being guided by the UK Government which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
We’re equally committed to caring for our team and so have provided our staff with sanitizing products and up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe.
Our business will operate as normal and opening hours remain the same. However, for both the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees, we kindly ask that if you have symptoms as detailed on the official UK Government website that you please do not visit our premises at this current time. We will also be asking further questions prior to booking your vehicle in to ensure we take extra precautions where necessary.
If you are at all worried about visiting us or are currently self isolating, we continue to offer a free collection and delivery service. Your car and keys will be sanitized on collection and again on delivery and the health of all our
