Pricing policy

All prices quoted on this website are subject to market forces and the individual manufacturers’ service requirements and are published strictly as guidelines only. We reserve the right to amend these at the point of sale. We reserve the right to amend our charges after having sight of a vehicle and fully assessed the work required.

Courtesy cars

We are happy to provide a courtesy car when you book in for a service or repair work subject to availability. We suggest a lead time of a week when booking but cannot guarantee availability.

Vehicle collection and delivery service

Our collection and delivery service is by arrangement only and subject to the availability of our drivers.

Information collection and use

If you use our online booking and feedback forms you will be asked to provide us with personal information – your name, postal and email addresses and telephone number. All personal information held by the AYCEN Group is governed by the UK Data Protection Act.

This information enables us to communicate with you by means of email, telephone or snail mail in connection with relevant or seasonal offers, updates in our products and services, motoring news items or the latest issue of our periodic ‘Drive On’ newsletter. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. If you no longer wish to receive email updates from us, you can opt out.

Opt out choice

You can opt out of receiving communications from us by simply unchecking the box provided on the order and feedback forms.

Server access log files

The website may also automatically record certain information when you visit – namely your browser type, operating system and IP address – all of which is kept securely. This information is used for checking which sections of our site are popular with visitors and to alert us to any possible technical problems. We aim to make your use and experience of our website as straightforward and informative as possible.

All information collected on this website is solely for internal use by the AYCEN Group.  No other organisation is involved in its collection.
