Owner Alan Locke has recently added ‘a fantastic new reception area’ to the mechanical workshop and bodyshop, creating a welcoming environment for the customer entirely consistent with this ‘forward thinking and modern organisation.’
The Bosch audit is designed to ensure all its member garages comply with their stringent Code of Practice. In fact, compliance with the Code’s requirements forms the basis upon which the Office of Fair Trading decide whether or not to grant full approval.
